5960x1080 resolution

60 fps stable.

I don't know why you guys are having so much trouble running this on a low resolution such as 1920x1080.
And I dont know why you're using 660ti's to push a high res. Which will fail miserably in any game that actually has high pc req.

-Terrain can block view of enemies or objects, evident the best in the Prison areas. Even in Diablo ONE, walls would fade out whenever the player got close to them. There is a reason that functionality is in there. If i can't see a mob, i will assume its' not there. On harder difficulties, this could easily get a player killed.


Such an important suggestion. It gets really bad in some maps, like Graveyard, where you have pillars blocking your view of the fucking double level 70 Merveil you're trying to fight.

Seeing as you're capable of building your own rig,one would think that you'd be capable of understanding the extremely basic fact that this thread is from a year ago and the game runs significantly better now.

Unless you for some reason think that the game client now is identical to the client from a year ago.
Old thread or not, some of the concerns raised are still valid. This is not a necro, It's a bump.

Well, now that act 3 is here I have to say that: Performance still sucks!

Docks getting improved for the second time but there are still Warehouses.

Horrible!

FPS dropping from effects!

FPS dropping from GMP support gem: Flame totem with LMP looks the same as with GMP but has a much higher impact on FPS.

What's going on?

Where are those fabled new graphics programmers? When will they land in NZ?

Yeah, a lot of the concerns are still valid, but back a year ago the entire game ran like shit, the problem skills were even worse, and the game would crash pretty much guaranteed every hour or two.

That's why some of the posts in this thread seem extreme compared to the game today.

The game still has pretty poor optimization though.
