I also love all these changes, and would like to suggest an additional one that may be quite awkward to implement, but would be very useful.
- Buff/debuff icons for party members, alongside their life/ES bars. This would be of most help currently to conduit guys, but if there were new gems which buffed party members (or cleansed debuffs) it would only increase this need. |

All of these are pure gold. I hope they are implemented very, very soon, especially the buff icons and the level-up tooltip.
