IR is still fine - quit listening to the QQ'ers. With all the % increased evasion nodes in the ranger area now, you will get more then enough evasion to make IR good. If anyone, it was a balance change, instead of a nerf. If they didn't change IR, ranger would be the best starting class for anyone using IR, period.

@ Gankstaboo - Would you rather have 30 int, or 20 int, 10% elemental damage? You can exchange the points, in your current build, to get trade 10 int for 10% elemental damage. Here's the adjustment if interested.

since the ranger changes did you edit the leveling specs as well or did you just change the end game one?

would i encounter any major problems if i leveled with the end game spec?

IR is fine. Honestly the fact alone that it increases the gear you can use is worth it in itself.

When I browsed the RoA 1-80 build suggestion, it seem sto me, that the biggest change is the way one goes to BM. The new keynodes etc. are not used at all. But what is obvious: the marauder starting area is avoided entirely. I was wondering, how the survivability is affected due to this change. One loses 1,5% reg, ~14% all res (2% of them max), lots of hp nodes as well as 30% crit dmg reduction.

Okay, the hp nodes are maybe compensated on other spots in the tree (I do not recall the old tree to 100%) but what about the other stuff like reg, resis and dmg reduction? Isn't it missing during leveling?


What I was also wondering: Is the End-game build also usable if one is playing Onslaught league (hence no Kaom's)? Or is it advised to do some major changes?

i noticed that the notables "heart of oak " and "primal spirit" was completely ignored.. are they like less usefull compared to the others or what?
