At first I thought this the saddest most depressing idea ever.
Then I thought about it...and I love it. You'd need to GREATLY increase orb rate. Rares/uniques is fine, stack IIQ/IIR if you want, but orbs would need to drop pretty consistently....and why not? It's a solo league after all. Also greatly increase map drop rate. Most of us will still play default/hardcore regular leagues with friends, but this idea would be a lot of fun. Just wait until the paid leagues are released and you can cater whatever rules you want.
