The only quality gems I would go out of your way for would be.

EK
Faster Projectile
Mana Leech
IIQ
IIR

Even then most of these are just luxury quality gems though. The one most beneficial would be mana leech just for the improved leech rate.

This build looks fun. Looking forward to the anarchy reset is this something you'd recommend as a first char with zero currency in my account?

Is this build viable for Onslaught?

Also, do you not have any life leech? I would have thought Blood Rage would give you Life Leech?

To be honest I am not too familiar with Onslaught so I cannot safely help you much there..

For Life Leech I choose not to use it at this point because I do not have a 6th link and I love my iir / iiq. The Blood Rage life leech won't give any leech because it requires the damage to be physical attack damage as where EK is physical spell. To fit leech into the build you gotta get life leech into the link and then get "Ghost Reaver" near the top right of / far right of the shadow starting area. I would also highly recommend Vaal Pact with this build so you get instant leech instead of it being capped out at 20-40% max a sec.

I feel like this is a annoying build at low levels when your account is not geared. I'm almost lvl 20 and it took me forever to kill the act 1 boss. It's picking up steam, the only issue I have is mana and cast speed. Fork + EK kills very fast but I don't really have a boss killer skill yet. I ended up using a bow + puncture. It was ghetto. I like the play style, reminds me of d2, thunder maul ebotd assassin.

Lower level can be a bit tough for EK because of the cost for sure. A1 boss can be a b**** if you don't have high cold res as well. If you haven't tried it already, I highly recommend trying out faster projectile linked with EK either with or without fork. Probably without at first because of the mana cost.. Til you can use mana leech.

Firstly, good tutorial!

I have a question: is possible to run your build with Dagger (Crit + Spell damage)? I would love to use the skill "Viper Strike" (I know it can not be used for multiple targets).
I'm looking for a build where I can use this great skill. Do you have any suggestions?
