Have u considered using Rustic sashes? i got one with 34 ES and 24% Phys dmg and i also got some resistance and mana on it. it boosted dps crazy much.

Imo this build is not tanky at all. as soon as a few mobs start to hit u, the es is almost instantly down to zero.

" It isn't a facetanker. You have to use your abilities to keep yourself alive. It says this a lot throughout the post. Tank means something else to everybody essentially but it comes down to your play style. Tank as in you wont get one shot by every monster. Tank as in it picks up a lot of ES nodes. How you develope your character and keep it alive is still down to YOU. This is just a guide for anyone that wants a start, a "guide", or whatever else they may use it for. GL buddy. I'm giving this build a go now. I've mostly been playing Cleave Duelist, but I have been wanting to try a ES+CI build for a long time. I'm having great fun so far.

I'm playing this build, and I think it's the single most fun build I've ever had. Only thing that compares is a low-life Shav. FP build. Great for farming, too!
I gotta thanks you for the Mana Leech tip, most of all. Always thought Clarity + Mana Regen is better, but that's just not viable with EK, and the Mana is better spent on Hatred (which has the same DPS as a gem, anyway). Have you considered using Voll's / Power Charge on Crit? I have about 50% Crit right now, with 800%+ damage, so insta-death on crit. Like FP, this build is viable with 3L, if you're not farming. Added bonus is that you can use Discharge to instakill Phys. Reflect mobs with very little bother. My gear:

Btw CantripN, for leveling i think that your totally right about getting rid of clarity and going for mana regan nodes...its working a lot better plus makes use of mana flasks better. Now to find gear to get my past farming skeles and zombies lol
