Hey Ziggy,
Been using this build on Nemesis and although I take long time to kill mobs, I find that the survivability of the build is pretty awesome. I'm on act 3 cruel and I reached here with poison arrow. Now I switched to Ice Shot and I find that it takes more time to kill mobs. Isn't poison arrow a more effective attack than Ice Shot? Because of the larger aoe and dot that the poison cloud creates? Thanks for the guide |

" " Don't your second sentence contradict your first one? Next I have watched your skill tree build on forum then watched your explanation in youtube. The early skill tree is not the same. Note: I'm sleepy, sorry if these questions were already answered. MrChibi (74 Templar)

" Yeah, I updated the passive tree with that minor optimization and talked about it here ina recent post and updated the description of the video. In other news im about to post a higher damage lightning arrow variant of the build for those of you aren't quite happy with the clear speed! Twitch.TV/ZiggyDLive

Thank you ZiggyD, I'm not that far in the tree yet, so I can still do the new lightning build.
I'm now back in game.

Alas, this build still goes nowhere near the Scion tree. Much sadness to be had.

" A friend was just pointing that out to me earlier. He gave me two quick and dirty alterations and the amount of +% Maximum Life, Evasion, Armor, and even a ton more attack speed are a lot higher. I'm pretty surprised by it. This first one doesn't get iron grip and gives 52% more armor and a little less +% Maximum Life.

This one gets Iron Grip and the extra attack speed.

The amount of extra armor and life is surprising. Last edited by Asheland#4724 on Nov 10, 2013, 8:24:58 AM

" Not bad! I quite like these trees. You miss out on both Iron Grip and Unwavering but I still think it's work out pretty well. Personally though I dont feel the extra armor is worth it though in the current 'cast on damage taken meta' of the game - maybe after we find out how it's being nerfed this might be a better option. On your furthest southeastern choice there are a few nodes that increase physical damage to bows, why don't you choose these? Are they not factored into the lightning damage that the build is centered around? They are fairly large percentages, even just grabbing the first two would mean 12% and 18% respectively. Were these just overlooked or were they purposely not included in the build, as they would not factor into the damage to a significant effect?
