Oh man, oh man...
My lvl 48 Witch is currently in Cruel with 36% cold resist! Perfect! She's currently using a 5-link chest for Cold Snap with Knockback, Faster Casting, Item Rarity, and Item Quantity. But with a 6-link I could add Blind and then she would be UNSTOPPABLE. I MUST HAVE THIS ARMOUR! Offer 2 Mirrors for it when its done. Hurry up!
