Seriously tho. "Plate Vest" denotes that it used to be a level 1 item, those sockets/links for said item is befuzzling.

Did the last Exalt on it, stacked armor /block stun , 91 - 136% , so not bad. Brought it up to a solid 40 armour.. Will be stacking many jewelers before first run at turning it into 6Link so prob not much happening here for a bit.
