BUILD OUT OF COMMISSION....NO LONGER VIABLE DUE TO IDIOTIC CHANGE TO IRON REFLEXES

Currently level 78 using this build in hardcore.

This is my first ever PoE character, but I had a lot of experience in other ARPG

Also starting to get worried about lightning thorns....

I have a 2 questions one about quiver and the other about skills

I wonder what stats would you want on a quiver for the build without lions glare?

The next is about filling a 4l with something when i'm fully decked out in all linked items ill have a 4l without any gems in it and i wonder what i should put in it.

the guide here suggest bear traps but im not a fan of those, it just dosn't fit my playstyle to use traps. I thought of using a ranged attack totem with WED, faster attacks and split arrow. Any thoughts on this setup also up for suggestions on other stuff.

i might even use summon skeleton, faster casting, spell totem, and some other support just can't think of one

I am really really trying to like this game, but the more I play it the more I grow frustrated. I am currently in act 3 cruel. I have pretty much hit a bottleneck in the way of not being able to kill things nor stay alive that easy.

I had a great time in normal because I was able to kill pretty fast and I could find my own upgrades. I am one of those players that enjoys solo play more than party play.

Right now in act 3 cruel at lvl 49, the game is so hard and not fun since I can't kill quickly, get hit pretty hard, and am getting no good drops whatsoever.

I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction of how to correct the situation so that I can start enjoying the game again.

Should i use chains + Greater Additional 5 projectiles,or just a single lightning arrow,with good dps.Without chains my dps with LA is 1k+,with Chains only 580+.

thats my quiver and been using since the game launched, never found anything better then that

In terms of bear traps, if you chose not to run them you will be utterly useless at single target such as bosses and rares. Frenzy/elemental hit sucks for single target.

Ranged attack totem also blows because it will cut your farming speed in half by always having to cast it. And its damage is also laughable...having a 500 dps totem vs 10k dps trap..ya no thanks

I have summon skele totem and poison arrow on hand in my stash all the time for maps. Maps like Temple (lev72) piety theres no way I can facetank her so poison arrow comes in handy, and maps with the flicker spider boss (arachnids nest) having the skeles is usefull.

So you can chose to build how you want but you wont be optimal.

Use a HIGH physical bow for leveling, and use split arrow... :) you will see improvements

Hmm maybe not, you shouldn't be having issues at that level with decent equipment, whats your DPS and how much life/resist do you have.

just wow, I honestly am speechless lol....

At that level you should have at least 2500-3000 Life..

and more DPS then that, me thinks you need to itemize slightly better and priority your passive placements better to reflect your gear.

I just looked at your gear and come on at level 50 you should have found way better items then that by now..
