question what u think of removing blood magic nad gemmin a 6link up with bm-lifeleech-la-faster attack-weapon elemental damage. and 5 linked wep with frenzy-bm-lifeleech-fasterattack-weapon elemental damage and use al mana on auras insted of reserving life?

The path to the marauder tree seems quite inefficient to me. I am wondering if you like the following build more than one you proposed. Essentially, it is the same build; however, you have more life, more armor, an extra frenzy charge, and conduit. I also gave 16% chaos resists if you want that too. It's also worth noting that this modified build is 3 pts away from 30% increased cold damage to weapons and now without the blood magic talent (blood magic gem instead), hatred can be brought and perhaps ice arrow warrants consideration if you have a dual 20% arc totem templar in your group, which may be more efficient at spreading shocks than a lightning arrow dualist and also energizes better with conductivity.
Here it is:
I left out blood magic because I felt that you could use a gem and bring more auras and have better group utility, for example, bring haste, evasion (or determination or vitality depending on what your friends bring), and hatred on your mana pool with reduced a reduced mana gem, while having anger, and wrath on blood magic along with lightning arrow, frenzy, and bear traps. I think sharing frenzy charges as well as power charges with power charge on crit would allow stacks of shocks and freezes to build up faster. I'm thinking that you would either go with a rejuv totem or a lightning arrow totem. Also, I am thinking that you could have a spare bow and quiver, one elemental based, one physical based. You could put the frenzy on the physical bow and lightning arrow on the elemental bow and quickly swap (which is 'x' on my keyboard) between bows and attacks (the swap seems somewhat quick but i'd be curious to hear feedback). Anyway, I'd like some of your thoughts on my modifications to your tree. Perhaps you will find it more to your liking.
Unfortunately the only way to ever pull off a non blood magic version with all the auras is with a 6 link. And if you play like me (only self found) and (no trading) you would realize obtaining a 6 link is just never going to be realistic. Combine that with using all the currency I do get to roll my high maps,
1.ill never afford a 6 link
2.nor am I interested in wasting 5 levels of experience in currency on 1 item so I can sit afk in town instead :p
Secondly I didn't look at your build as I am on my iPhone but I assume you didn't take diamond skin which is close to marauder tree. That talent to me, is a must have at all costs ;)
Thanks for the reply Athena. I appreciate the experienced based feedback. I agree with the issue of a blood magic gem, even from my limited theoretical perspective, though I don't think bow damage is as dependent on support and we already do have iron grip, don't need any penetration support gems, and have not invested in any crit nodes to warrant those support gems, basically just added elemental weapon damage and faster casting seem like the only mandatory support gems. I'm not really interested in playing self found though I do appreciate the authenticity that you might enjoy. As far as the diamond resists, I did take 2 of those nodes just like you did - 2 15% ele resists. I agree those are musts. I don't have the path that you have in the marauder tree where you took the 2 fire resist nodes. I know whats its like to look at the tree on your iPhone and not be able to properly finger scroll over the tree. When you have the opportunity, I would appreciate it if you could look at the modified tree and let me know what you think. I think its really the only contribution that I can make, in terms of having a more efficient path to get all the nodes that I think you want. You might be pleasantly surprised and wish to adopt it, if you have the luxury of finding a 6L. If you do like it, what I would be most interested in, is how you would grow the tree.
Thanks.
Sorry I meant elemental adaptation which increases the resists from 75 to 80

I will repeat for the 10th time :p
If you go blood magic gem instead, there are 2 problems:
1. You need a 6 link which is very expensive and not something I'm willing to waste currency on as mapping with 74+ maps is expensive
2. You will not be able to go Koams heart in very very late game (like most top archers are doing)
You will have to weight these decisions and think what's a better choice for you

That's awesome, glad to hear the guide provided you with a boost in information. I would like to make videos but I don't know a good program out there that's free that records your screen, so I may schedule a couple nights where I stream for like an hour or 2 to show gameplay and answer questions.
I want to make sure there's enough interest as I don't want to stream for 5 people lol.

Hey Athena just wanted to say awesome build :) im enjoying it so far...im @ lvl 62 and following your build, its been pretty easy so far...i was just wondering when you think itd be good to start doing the lv 66 maps?
my stats are:
3.5k health
pretty much 75% resists for all (still at -60% for chaos so obv i cant do chaos maps)
250 tooltip dps for LA
750 tooltip dps for frenzy without any stacks
i also linked my current gear at the top
also if i happened to get a tri ele bow should i spec out of iron grips and rush to static blows (picking up the big health nodes along the way of course)?
thanks for the advice!

Yep, you need to have the base 80% resist. With purity its 80% + (5 * 1.3), which is like what, 86.5%, before any potions which is another 10% plus an extra 3% from inner force? I agree that its mandatory and I took it. Its on the way from the center of the tree. Basically I am thinking of going to the center of the tree from the right side to iron grip to conduit, taking the life nodes on the way up, taking inner force, then going over to the marauder tree. Hopefully, you can take a look at my tree when you get home and have something other than an iPhone to view the tree. I think it gives all the goodies while avoiding unnecessary amounts of +10 of one stat nodes.
Thanks.
Here's a re-paste for convenience:

@Zindax, you waste more points going for Conduit, and that keystone is a bit useless, because you will be playing solo half of the time.
Your build uses 4 nodes (6 with Conduit) to link the path, 3 Int + 1 Str (4Int+1Str with Conduit), while on the left side you need only 3 Str to do the same link. Which will boost Iron Grip, stacking all the Strenght you can. Personally i prefer Triple Ele Bow and swap Iron Grip for Resolute Technique.
The idea of using the 6L for BM gem is quite expensive, good luck on it. Athena's build work with low and cheap gear easily, thats the good part of it.
My tip for everyone about builds:
Its good when you lose time making your build, comparing with others, theorycrafting, etc, but you should focus on a max lvl90, which is hard to reach. You will take long weeks or even months to reach lvl90, trust me. Meanwhile you will have your own game experience, leading to a new vision, and new ideas, so you can finish your 90-100 progress in the next months. ;)

This is my LA build, with a slight modification from Athena's build.
After that you can go for Iron Grip, or more Survival, or even the 30% WED in the center.

Yes you can spec out of Iron Grip. That passive is only worth it if you have a lionseye or any bow with a high physical component. If you have an ele bow with hardly any physical I'd drop that talent as well. Upon approaching 100 if I have left over points I might grab it again.
