I'm a big fan of both of yours for build guides. Having a SSF league start Berserk Sunder would be a massive gift to the community, thank you!

Thanks Gorechild0. I might throw out a PoB for it as a starter, but it's not looking like anything that will be able to do more than get to endgame (T16s and early endgame bosses) content on SSF gear. I like some of the updated uniques for it, but that's only if they remain in the common drop pool. It'd basically end up being a combo of carns BS slayer and this build... the issue is scaling endgame damage drops off quicker than BS due to the lack of trauma stack scaling. You could go crit, but that'll be difficult in SSF.

Hey Frawrst, hope you are well :)

What do you think about the new Grand Spectrum jewel giving 1 Minimum Endurance Charge per Grand Spectrum? Using all 3 would give you 9 minimum endurance charges. Plus crafting another 3 on jewellery would give you a relatively easy 12 minimum endurance charges. You lose 3 jewel sockets but still seems worth it once you factor in not needing to take endurance charge nodes on the tree anymore. I'm typically terrible at gauging whether something is trash or OP but I'm leaning towards them being kinda broken unless you say otherwise.

I was basically planning to have a league off from slams but if somehow these ended up being considered slightly meh and their costs weren't absurdly high I could definitely see myself trying some form of min endurance charge stacking slammer.

{Edit: Damn, didn't realise that you would actually need to get your maximum endurance charges up to 12 too. Oh well, RIP that idea then!}

you need to get max up, and since we gen charges so very easy via tidebreaker endurance charge on stun and enduring cry healing its not a HUGE bonus, but it can make some QoL better

the real power may be in converted them to brutal charges via the maven belt. but thats a diff build (wouldnt use tidebreaker, just a big 2h axe/mace/staff)

Intend to try this build using Sunder, is the leveling process pretty much the same as is items? Is there a "goto" gem set for sunder?
All info for this skill seems to be very outdated.
Thanks.

sunder can use the exact same links/skills auras

i will likely use sunder all throughout campaign beginning at lvl 12, and see how it feels into mapping

heres an old quote

"
you ideally rotate cries to keep berserk up for 15-25-35-45+ seconds

slam, intimdiating cry (pushes us to 50+ rage), slam slam, rallying crying, slam slam, infernal cry, slam slam, intimidating cry etc

you just always want your attacks to be getting warbringer 50% more as well as keeping rage from ever hitting 0 to keep berserk up

Are you going to post a new skill tree or POB link for 3.19?

Hey i think i wonna start with ur build too in this League, i have a few questions.

First: if if wonna play with Multistrike for faster Hits, destroy this Gem not the exert mechanic?

Second:u played the build i think a few times how u handle it in the early act 1-2 i testes yesterday and its not really good before we get RT is it an option to pick up the dexterity/Acurracy notes on the way to RT to get a better hit chance?

Third: What about endgame updates can u go on an crit version or sth?

the 3.18 one i have on front page is what i did last patch; and there is a pob about half way down the guide you can follow with leveling

use these as guidelines and move the build to suit your needs

1. multistrike and exert attacks do not work together. if you want fast attack speed, i reccomend going brutus lead spinkler str stacking and get blitz charges instead of crave the slaughter and rite of ruin. this is quite a different build but it lets you still exert and have very fast slams. if you are dead set on using multistrike, do not get any warcry nodes as youll just call to arms enduring cry

2. of course, pick up dex and acurracy on verstatility node beside heart of warrior, use percision/warbanner etc. get dex amulet. i agree the build feels a bit rough before we get stats

3. yes, you can scale this build very far via impale, or crit. crit is generally "better" on axes, but crit maces work fine.

tidebreaker is a POOR crit weapon, only 5% base crit chance. you should find an axe or mace (or staff) with high crit value before beginning to scale crit chance and multi. crit multi jewels are very expensive, as is being able to cap accuracy for endgame bosses. make sure you have enough $$$ and gear before swapping to non-RT
I payed in archnemisis an tectonic slam build but often I had the problem that I couldn't kill some monster with Regen or sth why I hit them to slow, but this was with an chieftain not an berserker. And I don't know If the dmg are enough in ur pob ate not really huge dmg numbers.
