do you see any any major upgrades for my char besides 20/20 gems and maybe better jewels ?

am i uber elder viable already ?

Yeah probably.
If gloves prices are that high, just roll some yourself. You should hit something usable in 50c. Getting Trap damage plus faster casting is pretty tricky, but advanced traps plus faster casting seemed easier to roll (for me at least). Or just get a single pseudo link for now.

You dont need armor cause you will not havea enough.Shroud is perfect armor
1)its costs cheap. 30-40chaos + 60 to make its 5 link. +its give energy shield and evasion(work good with acrobatic)
2)Supported gem with elemental penetration -> good for cold and lighnting damage
3)When you casting your brand->you have a chance to trigger shade form(physical immunity) .Its like second immortal call
4)Its cheap for temple corruption in temple.I mean its not the body for 3-4 exhalts which can disapear after corription.100 chaos isnt big deal
5) the hp bonus and mana bonus from body also quite good.

Possible option to build ->use lightpoacher with 2 abyssal sockets.costs near 50 chaos

1)its have synergy with your body(% increase hp and mana per abyssal socket)
2)you can balance your hp/damage/resistance by 2 abyssal jewels
3)giving all resist
3)its giving to you a little bit boost dps with physical damage
punish:you will get a little bit damage back if map have physical reflect,but normaly creeps dying from brand before "helmet skill" hit them.

You also can choose aziri boots for spell dodge or find on market hp+resist+movespeed and (!) 12% dodge hit.(!)

Acrobatic+12% dodge hit on boots+phasing flask = 61% dodge hit and 30+evade chance. You are becoming nearly immune to physical damage //you ignore a lot,but map condition "dodge unlucky" can realy punish you with syndicate intervention.

No - prioritise every other stat.

Resistances until capped > Life > Mana on every piece of gear.

why does this build use controlled destruction support (reduces crit chance by 100%) on both of its main dps skills and then it takes the keystone node "elemental overlord" which procs from critical hits.. am i missing something here?

Cant be reduced base crit of 5.5% on Storm Brand - same thing with Lightning Spire trap

does it work like you get an 8 second buff that increases damage if you crit? can the buff be refreshed halfway through its duration? if so is it even worth having a 5.5% proc chance? sorry if its a stupid question but im a new player and this is the first build guide im following.
Basically every time it hits, there is a chance you will get a massive dps increase for a short while that does indeed refresh if it occurs again while active.
