And i just check ice bite skill. It gives frenzy charges.
That pushes attack/cast/damage 4% each per charge.
What is our maximum charges amount with this build, i dont even know?
And is that worth it? Whats the damage loss compared to swapping it with hypothermia or added cold? so many different variations of this build...

With charges up, it's probably about 30% less than added cold. But the more damage and cast speed make up for it. So a decent option.

Frenzy charges will cap out at 3 you go a very long way on tree or can get an extra charge by corrupting gloves.

if i swap hypothermia for ice bite you mean? So you are saying that I should rather swap added cold for ice bite if anything?





Ideally you should be using Added Lightning, if DPS is your priority.

You can get cold to proc Hypo from Abyss jewels.
We were discussing whether or not swapping added cold for ice bite for cast/attack-speed + damage...

added lightning is not linked with storm brand...actually why is that?
i never really thought about it. wouldnt that be better as we have increased lightning damage in gear?

Ice Bite will be about 30% less flat added damage than added cold.
I actually just guessed the numbers, but it's avg 142 flat with 3 frenzies, vs 212 flat from added cold, so wasn't far off.
With no frenzy charges, it's avg 86 damage, so quite a lot less.

Added lightning is better damage than either, and yes abyss jewels are enough chill, but added cold does give more cold damage to be able to freeze mobs, and the damage difference isn't actually that great (About 20% more damage with added cold vs 30% for added lightning).

We do have a bit of increased lightning damage, but we mostly have more generic increased elemental and spell damage.

Hey guys, are prices like WAYY higher in Standard League? I'm searching poe trade for similar items to the guide and the prices seem way different. For example the cheapest gloves I see are 200c and they got crap rolls.

gloves and jewels are way different prices for my guess the build got popular but with bad rolls the gloves and jewels are 1-2 ex

Gloves - Lightning Spire Trap - Added Lightning Damage - Lightning Penetration Support - Controlled Destruction


and it shows the boots like this:

Boots - Shield Charge - Fortify Support - Multiple Totems Support - Faster Attacks

so where is the decoy totem?

Boots give Decoy Totem.
Is there any other way to deal with Mana problem than boots enchant? Great build :)
