Any ETA on fixing these ridiculous AMD FPS drops? (e: Nvidia cards affected as well!)
I stopped playing for 2 months or so because of these issues.
Now im back for some fun... you have done nothing GGG. 2 months to work on a game breaking issue, 0 results. Please fix this? |

Fresh system, HD7870 x 2, no considerable FPS drops running in windowed or crossfire mode. I was getting some wierd fps drops occasionaly with vsync on in crossfire, but I turned off screen shake and it resolved the issue.

^ i feel your pain but arent you being a little harsh and self entitled? There are optimization problems yes,if you want to play that bad you can always try from another system or upgrade yours. If not,its beta, chill out

You serious Bro ?
I tried it on 3 of my own PCs and on the PC of my gf, and it has insane fps spikes on all of them, as soon as one joins a group. That's no coincident anymore. And the old Beta argument...i'm so sick of it... You didn't notice that calling things Beta forever is just an excuse for not fixing Bugs, did you? I can name you several examples for this, but i doubt you know these games anyway, since you think Beta really means Beta. And besides: Technical problems on such a big scale are normally not even a Beta sympthom anyway. Beta has Bugs, yes, but not technical problems that make the game close to unplayable on so many PCs. " Damn liar...in this thread http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/110793 you claimed to have serious problems, now you bought another gpu and now u claim there are no problems at all and that it's beta and bullshit, while in the linked Thread even GGG said that there is a problem and that they don't make any progress in fixing it. So ur suggestion would be that thousands of people buy a new gpu to play PoE just because the game isn't optimized in any way ? lol IGN: Darkrox (not my main, just for easy contact) ~ Yes i'm the Darkrox from Runes of Magic - World's #1 Guild Pravum 2009 - 2011 ~ Last edited by Darkrox#0968 on May 24, 2013, 3:56:21 AM

my point exactly. I had problems running the game.Instead of whinging on about it like its everyone else's fault i bought a new card to play the game after i had exhausted all other options. You sound like a child throwing a fit.

" Translation: My car had no tires when i bought it, but instead of whining i just bought a new one and let the seller keep my money for the first one. You Sir sound like a stupid person and i'm sure everyone agrees on that. Can we get back on topic now? I think you made a fool of yourself enough for today - not even being able to read that several PCs and cards produce the same problems, as soon as random configuration combinations occur - not every similar Radeon XXXX or Nvidia XXX runs the game smooth or poorly, so it's like finding a needle in a haystack.
