Any ETA on fixing these ridiculous AMD FPS drops? (e: Nvidia cards affected as well!)

So, your saying low FPS is only seen when partying with "X" amount of players? Is it when they're just in the party, or is it when they cast spells? Couldn't I just go to a populated town and stand there for a similar effect?

I feel like im surrounded by idiots here and springsteen is the biggest of them all. I use a hd 7550 and i have very little issue. No game is going to be perfect, get over it.

7870 here, all settings at minimum and latest drivers:
- 60 fps average when playing alone (rarely jumps to 100 for a while), drops to 0 for 3 seconds after changing map; drops to around 5 for 2-3 seconds when using e.g. Ice Arrow when I haven't used it for a minute or so
- when in a party with other bow users or summoners, fps jumps back and forth between 1-10 and 50-60 all the time. At large mob groups, fps stays below 5 until around 5 seconds after they die.


Machine Stats:
- Radeon HD 7870 2 GB PCIe 16
- Game runs on SSD
- Core i7 920
- 6GB RAM (3x 2GB - fyi, CPU uses 3 slots simultaneously)
- Windows 7 Professional (Version 6.1, Build 7601: Service Pack 1)
- Newest GFX drivers
- Either default PCI Bus driver or newest AMD beta driver (same behaviour for both)

Resource Usage:
- one CPU core is at 50-70%, others are bored as hell
- RAM usage is at around 3-3.5GB (out of 6GB)
- GPU is at 30-40%, GPU temperature is at 60
- Graphics Memory is at 800-1100 MB (out of 2GB)
