Yeah, but 25% chance to get elder/shaped base means on average it would take you 20 fully upgraded Tier 3 rooms to get the elder/shaped base that you want, e.g. opal ring. So, 20x opal ring bases at the desired ilvl is already expensive and difficult to buy, 20 temple runs is a full day's work at best, but assuming the room is rare or rng is not on your side, it might take you 50+ temple runs to get 20 Tier 3 Corruption rooms. All of that for 1 elder/shaper base. 50% chance to ruin an item is not a smart gamble on anything of actual value imo. And white sockets are little more than a gimmick for the vast majority of gear bases, so I also consider this a fail. And why do you need 20 item bases? This is good news! It is nice that double implicit will be the outcome limited to Temple of Atzoatl exclusive features. Also nice that corruption finally become feature with realistic reward (because there are lots of new implicit mods). I wonder how this league will be balanced around trade? if everyone has their own temple, it will be hard to make ssf casuals not see any of the good stuff this league has to offer. except if it's gonna be a global 820 league, where the trade folks share all the rare chambers all day, while in ssf you'll never see anything, because else it'd be too easy for power traders to become rich af, which they're gonna be anyway because flipping all day long is such a fun and totally not douchey thing to do. I'd love to see a maximum number of trades per day, or anything that'll make you up the chances in encountering rare stuff without crippling your precious economy. anyway can't wait for my 10 uber bricks this coming league.
