3.2 - Wrecker of Days - Super Slow Motion - Explained and Designed to Take New Players to the End

What are the rest of the curses? I see we should be able to have 4 up but i only see frostbite, flammability and elemental weakness.

One of the three links also has Enfeeble and Temporal Chains. 5 in total. (One allowed each character, another one from the tree, and 3 more via uniques.)

I like the build but really would like a movement skill

What would you drop from this build to add one?
If you ever fall off the Sears Tower, just go real limp, because maybe you'll look like a dummy and people will try to catch you because, hey, free dummy.

I'd get rid of any two curses. It'll then let you get rid of two uniques as well. I'd suggest Shield Charge with Fortify and Increased Duration.

How about leap slam with faster attacks and fortify
Then making sure to have a piece of equipment with added lightning damage to attacks
This would also proc EE and free up the ring slots for more life and ele resists
I'm thinking of dropping flammability and elemental weakness. Thoughts?

Those would be the two curses that I would drop too. I think that movement skill works really well too. Just as long as you're happy with how many enemies are getting hit with lightning via Leap Slam.

I think it looks really good. Nothing wrong with keeping Ball Lightning too unless your replacing it with Increased Duration. Let me know how it works out!

For those of you that are interested in using this build for 3.3 in a few days, it'll be changing a bit. I'll be going away from SRS to Zombies. (Sorry for those of you that "have to do something", like casting, while playing.)

It's for a couple reasons:
- With my medical situation, I can play longer sessions having less to focus on (casting, what I'm standing on, # of SRS...to always moving and the occasional check for 10 zombies).
- It lets me add more damage mitigation to the build.
- I wanted to go from lots of uniques to No Required Uniques. (Way more SSF friendly.)
- The "slow theme" (which I really love) is more efficient with bigger hits, and Zombies hit way harder than SRS to inflict a greater slow with the Chill Effect.
- There was a lot of public and private thanks for this build from those that play with various disabilities. This new zombie version will be even more accommodating to those that found this 3.2 version do-able for their limitations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'll be posting a link to the 3.3 build in both the Forum Replies and the Build Post itself when the 3.3 version is done.

Feel free to keep inquiring about this build too! And thanks everyone for your interest and encouragement!

I loved this build and was pondering bringing it into 3.3 as well but I was going to ask you what you thought about SRS Totems before I started a new character.

The idea being; just as relaxing and easy to play but letting you move about more, especially in the incursion temple where you need to keep up with kills to keep your timer going.

SRS Totems is great! The movement that you mentioned is a huge positive for the idea. The trade off is that you're choosing between that 6th socket being totem (survivability) or damage.

Since you're planning on playing the new league, and not continuing standard, try out the totem idea on your character which is now in the standard league. Play it for a bit and see what you think. I think it's a great idea.

Another thing to consider if totems is tickling you is to do Summon Skeletons instead of SRS. You can choose Bone Sculptor instead of Mistress of Sacrifice in the ascendancy. It's very powerful and specific. An excellent selection if you're only using that type of minion.

Let me know how it goes! (Just make sure your totems are surviving battle. SRS and Skeletons are skills that need to "build up" and take time.)

So, I've been playing around with it for a few hours now and this is my feelings about it:

SRS Totems feels great so far and I'm just using Ancestral Bond for the additional totem, the totem doesn't survive very long but often it doesn't seem to be a problem as you can just cast another one directly. Mana doesn't seem to be an issue either.

I tried playing around with skeletons but they just felt slow.. so very slow.. at doing anything. The survivability seemed a bit better but clearing speed was a lot slower. However, playing with an idea of another summoner build I played on 3.1, I boosted my zombies instead.

So I picked up Herd the Flock which was just a talent away and took Flesh Binder in ascendancy and is now dual-wielding Mon'tregul's Grasp with the Singularity, tossed in two Violent Dead jewels and now the clearing speed is a lot higher. Without a shield you're a bit more vulnerable though, but the ability of never needing to stand still complements that imo.

This is just a few hours of testing though and I didn't look at any numbers to back me up, I mostly play on what feels better to start with and then do the number crunching afterwards. But it already looks like I might bring your current build into 3.3 with a bit more zombie boost and totems. :)
