I'm under the impression that a great majority of the PoE population got no clue of what's going on behind the curtains, nor the actual impact of these activities over the economy.

Why would trade bots waste time with items when they could just buy and sell raw currency?

Even if they are clueless, you are not shining any light. You are simply saying there's a problem with ZERO proof and even if you do then it's the same old bullshit along the lines of "I sent 5 people a PM and they didn't answer, wow GGG, fix your game".

There are bots and cracks and hacks and scripts for EVERY GAME, just because they exist doesn't mean that it's a problem. If you can't show any proof of the problem, the problem doesn't exist.

LoL has easily over 10,000 scripts developed, it is nowhere near to being a problem, no matter how much someone Googles that.

Have you reported some recently in the new league?

My list of items that i want to buy is limited ( just one LOL) and I have no clue of the extent of manipulation or the Total number of bot accounts or the network/organization its tied to.

The few that bots that i have discovered between me and my friends its hard to collect even more names because both me and my friends just started this league a week or so back. and are yet to enter the stage where we have enough resources to do a wide scale investigation and reporting.

In the old days people botted and sold lower currencies for higher ones , ok market is maintained with steady inflow of orbs , i could care less

But these days Trade botting - Bot sniping - Bot hoarding. I mean like fk 24/7 how are normal players supposed to make progress towards an item like that why should i have to pay double the price for an item that is readily available at current market price but is instant sniped 24/7 with bots .

I do understand the general strategy of these groups
1 . Have mutiple accounts to manipulate first page listing of popular trading website .
2. Snipe with bots all the lower priced ones
3. over price sell them

Flipers to do the same but the difference is in step 2
Humans vs bots - Bots win at speed and faster whispers, trades before the public apis are even updated doing that 24/7 where in the hell do you get your chance even to snipe at normal price.
