This. If I have to portal to town to get a drink or answer a work email, then I'm boned for my 2.5 hours that I just spent in the race. I'd rather just play the game during that time so I can break as needed.

There are plenty of ways to make competitions that aren't so time dependent.

What class is EV being so I know what class not to be? I was going to try for the witch this time. But if imdissapoint is a witch I will not be one :P

I'm not sure yet if I will be playing tomorrow.

If I participate I will play as either a witch or a duelist. My duelist feels like he has the higher likely obtainable level ceiling so I'll probably go with him, but my witch has a more predictable damage slope so maybe I'll go with her. I don't know what I just said.

Ill be there as always.
This time ill try solo, i always did party.
And see if i beat my best as lvl 24.

I am looking foward to this. I'll be there with a duelist again.

Uh, thanks for clearing up my missunderstanding! Get it all wrong... ^^

But, what would be expected to be the result, beside consumpting lower time amount?

The best players in the raced are a lot faster than a average; if its cut down to 60 minutes it would be all about finding a good class/skill combination to fit best in an early situation with good exp reward... not much diversity possible, I'd say.

(Good example is the 90' ladder from their local A6 LAN event)

Stay up until 4 doing test runs.

Sleep through alarm and wake up after contest already started.

EDIT: Realize you messed up your time conversion because you're too excited and are actually totally fine.

1.) Wear a diaper as a trip to the bathroom could cost you valuable time.

2.) Have a nice buzz going. Everyone knows you play better with a buzz.

3.) Don't forget to breathe

I'll give up a few of my secrets for a bit of competition. But really I just run straight through and kill everything in my path. Some people skip quests and stuff. I do all the quests but the golden hand to make sure im not too far below the monster level. Most players die quite often. If you die too early restart you never know if the top people will die. I usually don't even go to town.
