Make a way for people to set up the language through translation of a file with all the speeches, texts, names of items, all in the game.

Although my only language is english, I think this is a great idea, gaming with those with other ethnic backgrounds and primary languages sounds great to me. The more the merrier.

if we will have multi language support, will we have a built in translator so that we can chat with them?

With regard to translation, we've actually already had offers from fans (who happen to be professional translators) who want to help out with localisation to specific regions. We'll try to get a good coverage of languages, but our main development focus up until beta is getting a good gaming experience created. We'll handle translation after that.
