Yeah :D For farming I put IIQ/IIR instead of Chaos/Fire, and the dps is still like 3800. Its not bad. I just got a wicked new caster dagger with 37% spell damage, 80% global crit chance and 29% crit chance.


Edit, full current stats in cruel act 3 with proper gear on is:

HP 1254
Mana 1193 (996 Reserved for auras)
Regen 80.7 Mana/sec
Resists
-Fire 76%
-Cold 76%
-Lightning 72%
-Chaos -20% <_<
Evade 1661
Armor 1110 with Molten Shell
EK Dps 1221.8
Bear Trap Dps 5826.2
Auras Hatred/Purity/Clarity/Discipline

Hi one question.

Right at the beginning you skill 3x elemental damage.
I thought EK are Spell Physical and the elemental damage does not apply.
Wouldn't cast speed be the better option?

EK recieves fire damage per projectile with added fire damage as its a percentage based elemental damage. Same as Hatred aura upping its dps as well. Now for Added Lightning / Chaos damage, or Wrath / Anger, it wouldn't do anything.

How often do you one-shot yourself to reflect mobs? Do you actually level with this build?

It doesn't happen too often if I pay attention. I can usually bear trap them away.

Sometimes when I'm in grind mode though, I just randomly die haha...

Finally to Merciless, many gear changes!

Loving the EK build, low-life farming got to be too dangerous, so just using the following with item rarity/quantity on Bear Trap and EK.

Had to switch my EK setup due to uncooperative gems on my 5L



EK dps is at 2991.7
Bear Trap is at 11728.2

You should try using your farming set to farm Merciless Hillock speed runs and see what kind of results you get.

I'll tell you sir. I got a ilvl 54 Silverbranch and 2nd roll of jewelers got it to 6s, was going to try to fudge it up to 5-6l, but ended up pawning it off. Pretty cool find though.
