I don't know what in the holy hell he is trying to achieve, but it doesn't seem that he is trying to take military action. Attacking NK could be scary, I fear that a lot. Not attacking NK feels less scary to me, I think they will bully a whole lot of people to no end in the coming years. But screaming about attacking just to see what happens, as if it's just for the lolz, feels more scary than both. It would only make sense if donald were provoking NK into hitting first so he can be justified, and that seems reckless too.
