Just reading through the guide and you said you have 3.9% regen with ZO but looking at the tree, you only have 1% from sanctity, 1% from shaper and 0.7% from life regen nodes next to shaper. Where is the other 1.2% coming from?

Has it been decided what level it's best to stop leveling cast when damage taken & immortal call?
I took CWDT to level 19 to get level 19 tempest shield, but I don't think the added damage needed to proc immortal call is worth being able to have a level 19 tempest shield linked to it. I swapped controlled destruction for increased rarity in maps, switching back only for t16 bosses and swapping again before killing them for the effect to kick in, really helps a lot in getting solid rares to sell :D.
