" Being a ranged build you can get away with taking a few nodes of uninterruptable casting either the ones right above witch start or the one with faster casting. Of course you will want chayula for mid tier or higher maps eventually. | |

Hey, I'm using your build and have a few questions:
How valuable would you rate the Celestial Judgement/Punishment cluster? I specced a bit differently (taking more es due to my shitty gear) and I feel my damage is a bit lacking in T8 maps already (lacking as in "I don't oneshot blue golem packs with a 8 fb stack"). What would you say to this skilltree variation? Taking Precision and Retribution gives 14% spelldamage, 14% castspeed, 3% ms and a bit of strength and dex. I'm using a Doryanis Belt atm because the weapon is at above 2 ex in sc breach, which stats should I look for on my caster weapon? Added fire damage to spells is unfortunately not usable because it would screw up EE with the lightning orb, but how would you rank elemental damage/cast speed/added lightning/frost damage in terms of damage increase? " Celestial Judgement wheel is very important. It will enhance your damage by a lot! Precision is waisted in my opinion. Try to get jewels with increased damge/area damage or fire damage. Those stats will double dip your ignite damage. Also never ever use flat ele dmg to spells it will mess up your EE interaction. Buy a cheap sceptre with hiigh ele dmg implicit and good fire damage then craft fire leech on it so you can drop your doryanis. Also try to buy an Eye of Chayula it is only like 30c which is not a big deal. If you have an chayula your current tree should look like this: tree Do not waste so many points on 6%es and recharge nodes. If you want more ES you have to buy better gear^^ | |

" Get yourself a sceptre with 40% elemental damage implicit and cast speed ( + fire damage if possible). Like its been said a bunch of times .. Elemental damage/fire damage > spell damage ... I ran atziri at lvl 78 and third time got Doryanis' Sceptre . Was just using .. | |

Thanks for the answers guys! I'm playing mostly selffound, so getting better gear will take some time. ;)
(Also, as someone playing an ES build for the first time - well, besides my first char back shortly after the game launched, which accumulated 300+ deaths - it is really strange to not play path of life-nodes and simply skip es nodes because they 'only' provide 6%. :D) At which level of ES would you feel comfortable doing Uber lab? What do you think about picking liege of primordial and using elemental prolife gem instead of beacon of ruin? Would clearing speed suffer too much?
