Season One, Race Event 1: One Hour Solo

First of ALL, love the race ! And I am not bitching or complaining here, just stating some facts, If I made any mistakes in the count please do not hesitate to correct me.


I had a quick look at the scheduel, and I can see some "unfairness"
Lets have a look, for all the races that had their details confirmed up to 15/03/2013 (45 races combined)

Solo 23 Party 22 which is fair, but the time zone tells a different story
out of those races, ( I am going to use the race time, and refer each as a "time zone")
4AM Zone = 15 Races Solo=8 Party=7
8AM Zone = 12 Races Solo=5 Party=7
4PM Zone = 11 Races Solo=4 Party=7
10PM Zone = 7 Races Solo=5 Party=2

Since the rest of races for this season had not yet confirmed their type and lenghth, we can only assume the solo and party will be even, and focus on the total races.

so Out of 109 races for season 1

4AM (1 day 3am) Zone = 33 (30%)
8AM (1 day 7am) Zone = 30 (28%)
4PM Zone = 28 (26%)
10PM Zone = 18 (17%)

For example, if one can only play from "ONE" specific time zone, then 10PM time zone will have a huge disadvantage.
lets say if one plays all the races in one "time" zone, solo and party.
and with the same performance 10PM "time" zone will always net you less reward points, and the difference will be 1 or 2 prize less then the rest of the timezone.

Prizes for reaching specific levels and staying alive:
Level 19: 7 Reward Points
Level 17-18: 6 Reward Points
Level 16: 5 Reward Points
Level 15: 4 Reward Points
Level 13-14: 3 Reward Points

So just for achieving this levels and stayin alive gives you the Reward points?

l0l just went to test a 1hr char and found exalted and 2 alchs

I find it outrageous that there is no reward for being the first to clear merciless within the 1 hour race.

Guys, could someone explain how am I supposed to kill CRUEL difficulty areas and bosses with a fresh char in about an hour?

Players new to races make yourself a favor and read the rules please!

What kind If equip i can use? I suppose Only What i Will drop because IT Will be in different League... So IT can be hard :)
