I'm really sorry, but we're not able to recover any items stolen by other players. Chris wrote up a long post about this which explains common ways players have items stolen, how they can keep safe and what we're going to do to make it safer for them. We are currently working on a system where accounts become locked if people log in to them from a different location. You will be able to unlock the account by typing in a code that is emailed to you. This system should be deployed by the end of February.

I actually did more to prevent myself getting hacked than GGG did to prevent their game from being hacked. Ironic, isn't it?

I've already requested refund as well if they refuse to do a simple 3 item restore.
the pay 2 win excuse for not restoring is reaaaaly lame and bad.
give me the unid versions of the 2 unquies I had, I will prob take a hit they both were near perfect rolls. and a white 6 link int armor and I would be happy. Then I could at least farm again.
I can't use 80% of my gems and I can't downgrade them because my orbs are gone. Fuck the orbs they are easy to farm.
They didn't get my midnight bargain wand because it had an item effect on it LOL

I'd be on it ASAP. I do doubt they will give you back your money. After all, if they can't be bothered to restore virtual goods you lost because of them, why would they ever give away your money back?

I logged in and everything of value in my stash was gone. I don't see how since I am really anal about PC security. I know they can't do anything about my currency lost but it sucks big time.
