CI can't flask for life and the cold to fire is a pretty big damage increase. We're not scaling this vortex around the DoT, it's the initial hit that matters here. Would the Star of Wraeclast amulet be a better than a crit chance/multi one? 30%-50% cold damage is huge no? Or is that overkill already? What I'm basically asking is will +damage be better than crit multi chance at some point (maybe after getting 50-60 chance on vortex)? That's why it's difficult to get a lot of it.
