Mastermind triggers when you use a lightning skill. It doesn't need to do any damage. You do have to use it manually.

Elemental Overload triggers when it crits. 0 damage crit is still a crit.

This build started as AoF + CtF + Perandus Signet before switching to Pyre + CD + 2 points. It was working just fine, and it will again.

Icestorm hits 10 times per second. Emberwake + The Taming = 10% chance to ignite, i.e. each Icestorm will result in avg 1 ignite per second, and they will stack because of Emberwake. I know icestorm has 1 explosion every 0.1 seconds but on average how many ice explosions will hit a boss per second from an icestorm with concentrated effect?

That depends on the boss size and area modifiers (not only CE). There used to be a good Firestorm calculator linked in the wiki, but last time I checked it the formula there was changed incorrectly by somebody and showed much higher DPS than it should.

Only 1 Icestorm or stacking several on top of each other?
Ty for build, tested it in last league - lvl up till 95 last league, before I switched for sth different to reach 100.

To be honest nerf of Pyre is good for me - 1 less unique to get in SSF

It looks like, that first farm gonna looks like :

Btw beside of +2 points @ AoF, any changes on tree ? - as per first look, i haven't found nothing special to change - correct me if I'm wrong

14-16, depending on your Int. Divide the duration of each Icestorm (typically 5.22-5.87 sec) by 0.35 sec.
First off, great looking build! I Hope to try it out as a starter character for Legacy.

Hopefully you read this Kelvynn. I have been reading through the last 10 or so pages of comments and you make mentions here and there about what changes you'll be making due to the pyre change (and maybe other changes).

Any chance you'll have a rough outline of your projected changes (and hopefully how it pertains to leveling) on the main post before launch?

If not I am sure I can adapt, but it would be awesome for us Sheeple to have even a rushed paragraph or 2 about your suggested changes.
