Minion affixes shouldn't be limited to unique items, it greatly limits summoner build options.

" Tbh , Drillneck is better just because of projectile damage increase. This one just has some cast speed , resist and little life. And 20% chance to avoid stun is not something really great since you mostly kill stuff offscreen. |
