I'm not really missing MOM to be honest. I finally picked up Ghost Reaver and figured out the leech you get from cybil's doesn't apply to the ghost reaver node... am i missing something?

Well technically Cybil's does not have leech, it is "life gained per enemy hit", so it will apply to your life. While the leech from WM will apply to ES. It's actually really nice.

Ah that makes sense. I think my current setup only allows for 2 curses. I tried without vulnerability, and it still seems WM is not applying. I'll have to find a link setup that will allow for blasphemy-WM and give that a shot per your recommendation. I'll report back with results.

Status update: I am currently lvl 69, just grabbed ghost reaver on the tree, working on scion life wheel. After that, or even before I finish it I'll go for the scion area nodes.

In general I feel that the build is really strong, never dropped below 40% life. The adjustments I made to OP's build are:
- Running cwdt(1) - bone offering - tempest shield - Inc dur
- Not going for the triple curse asap
- Running clarity and discipline, like discussed before
- Don't have 2g setup for poison yet

I dunno if it's just me but I find that keeping stacks up is somewhat a pain. When at ~30 shit dies instantly, why I wb to next pack and so on till the stacks are gone and I have to recast all at once. Probably just me that is lazy. I will also try to get a carcass jack and try running the following links:
- BV - Inc dur - echo - poison - controlled destruction - (conc / added lightning)
And thus skip aoe. No clue if it will work.

This build looks sweet, one thing which I'm wondering is what would be the preferred order of leveling when planning to go with auras?

Why doesn't my Warlord's Mark trigger when I take damage? I have it linked with BV, Curse on Hit, and CWDT.

EDIT: Nvm, I re-arranged my gems. On another note, I seem to be able to cast 3 curses instead of my 2 max cause I linked CWDT, BV, Vulnerability, and Warlord's Mark. I have Enfeeble linked with Blasphemy so it's ways on, but when my CWDT triggers, my other two Curses go off on the enemies. I don't have a Stone of Lazhwar with the extra curse affix. I only have the Whispers of Doom passive for the 1 extra curse so shouldn't my max curse limit be 2? Why can I proc 3 curses.

WM and blood drinker + equipment currently gives me 2.8% life leech
True DPS =tooltip DPS * number of instances (i usually only get up to 12 blade on clearing weak waves)
X=2136*12
X=25632 dps

average of 25632 dps * 2.8% = 717 LL

Zealoth's Oath:
1.6k es at 67.8 life per second (23 seconds to fully recover from 0)


Note: I'm not familiar with LL mechanics and this looks like a lot so please correct my math if you see an error

I'm not sure what problem you were having with the curse on hit, but I'm having one. I got a pair of gloves with (clockwise from top left) B-G-R-B, so I put Vulnerability in there instead of WM. However, the curse won't stick when the CWDT triggers the BV. I've turned off blasphemy to rule out any kind of multicurse issue. I've confirmed it is the CWDT casting BV by removing my other BV gem. If I take CWDT out, and manually cast BV, the curse sticks. I've tried the blue gems in either order.

Gem levels are BV - 7 (35), CWDT - 1 (38), CoH - 7 (50), Vuln - 3 (30).

It can't be because Vuln is too low, that fires if I just put in CWDT/Vuln.

Do I need to chrome the stupid thing to put the R first or something? Any advice?

Why does he run like 2 different curse on hit and 3 different item for curses? Why doesn't he just run all curses on blasphemy in 1 item?

Ah ok I was just tweaking the skill tree a bit and I realized it would reserve more mana and screw him on MOM.

If you want high damage.

The best damage boost is dual wielding Cybil's Paw.

you still get max block.


Dual wield gives 15% block chance
Bone offering gives 34% ish
if you have a 25/26 Rummi's you get to max block both for spell and attack

so then the Cybil's give 480% increased spell damage (each 240)

You loose the ES and any damage mod you have on your shield but the damage is a lot higher.

And if you really want to go nuts you can run hatred in an Essence worm ring.

I don't advise it for HC because you loose a lot of hp.

I dont have money for a decent 6 link so I use tabula.
At the moment i run clarity, Hatred, blasphemy eenfeeble and artic armour. I am lvl 70 and farm the lake, just to get some levels. dont have Mom as I have 41 mana unreserved :)
