2.3 Poison Block BV Budget Supertank -- League Starter (new vid)
" You always need Mistress of Sacrifice first, since it will let you play your final build from whenever you finish normal lab. After that, you can either get Spirit Eater or Commander of Darkness. I'd go the latter probably for the 20% all res, which will help you get through merciless and early maps (before you have good gear). In the End game Lab, get Beacon of Corruption. It gives you a nice little chunk of chaos res and poison damage, but other than that it doesn't do much. |

Thanks!

atziri viable?
|
|
" Easily. "Atziri Viable" is sort of a buzzword though. Normal Atziri is killable by any build capable of not reflecting itself to death by accident on the clone. Just don't get hit by Empowered Storm Call or Flameblast. This build has a decent buffer against mistakes due to the max block and all the extra HP. It won't be the fastest clearer, though. |

I know you said that you had problems making videos but I was wondering if you or anyone else running this build could post more video content of end game fights ( preferably of Atziri/uber fight) :D I'm really excited about this build

I also have a sort of off the wall question that just comes from my lack of google skills and lack of game knowledge.... If my friend and I both run this build, and we both have whispers of doom. Does that mean monsters can have 3 curses? So for instance, default curse limit is one but I'm giving monsters can have 1 more and so is he, So I can run Enfeeble + Warlords mark and he can run vulnerability?

You're going to play in melee with no phys defenses besides that granite flask, I suggest you think about adding at least another flask with the iron skin suffix (preferable a basalt-base flask)
While at it, I suggest you spend those 3 points to take the flask nodes near the occultist area. they will really boost your build. just to give the you some numbers, i'm getting 72% phys reduction with Granite Flask & Basalt Flask of Iron Skin up. and if you manage to get a surgeon's ones later in the game, you'll be able to have 100% uptime when going into packs. |

Atziri?
Like what Glick said, the build is Atziri viable, but that's true of pretty much every build, as long as your mechanics are right. But yes, the 75% spell block is certainly helpful in covering your own mistakes. :P For Phys reduction, you're right. the Alchemist wheel is really good, but I couldn't quite work it in to the build as it was. Once you get to the 90's I'd recommend it for sure, but lower than that, it's not necessary. This is basically because you are constantly generating endurance charges with warlord's mark and enduring cry, and your immortal call should be up frequently. Combine this with Rumi's 3000 armor and it's ok. You're right, however that using another iron skill flask (basalt) would be the way to go to help out tremendously. However, surgeon's is out of the question because we never crit. :/ " No. Your cast or curse on hit curses will apply and override curses in the order which they were placed. Blasphemy curses apply based on which source is closer (so, if you're standing closer to the mob than he is, your blasphemy curse will apply). Sorry, it's a little confusing, but the long and short of it is, no. Whoever has the highest curse limit is the one who will set the limit for your party (basically). IF you're both going to run it, have one person focus on curses (and get doedre's damning for the extra 3rd curse) and the other on running discipline (the ES aura) instead of Enfeeble. I added a video of a gorge run (with audio that actually sounds decent!).
