Is there a low life high ES version of this build? Also, what level does Elreon have to be before you can add chaos damage to rings/amulets?

With Level 7 Elreon you are able to craft added chaos damage on rings and amulets.

This is something I'd like to try and I probably will at some point but indeed the part that leaves me uncaring of this build is the lack of boss killing capacity. In some cases it can be easy but in others you might just not have the DPS because it either spawns alone or something along those lines.
To that effect and considering that the thing you do most is increase the chaos damage on it my idea was to stick 6L bow with +1 gems (not bow gems) and stick the Leo dot mod on it. Then do essence drain + empower + void manipulation + rapid decay + controled destruction + pierce. Stick a drillneck in the off hand and I imagine that it would be doing pretty good. Especially if you spend 5 points to gain the pierce tree (only 40%, drill neck already gives you 10 and the gem gives you 50% so you don't have to take the loger path). As for what I'd remove, the frenzy charge and extra flask effects but that's just me since I hate being force to upkeep stuff and was gonna skip that anyway. Theoricly this looks like a potentialy good move. In reallity I don't know how good a move it would be because I'd need to make the character and test it out... To note that the best helmet enchantment would be for essence drain at this point and not for kinetic because that's our boss killer, so long as it culls all the mobs easily, that's all that kinetic needs to do. Will have to test it out at some point or maybe someone can test it far before I get the currency necessary and the character leveled. "The heavens burned

" What level are you? I feel that yellow maps are where the build is at its best and it simply dominates, there shouldn't be much issue. I highly recommend getting an Aztiri flask. Super cheap, big damage boost and leech. If possible get chaos damage on your jewelry as well. " I would love to see your character/gear. Looks great, especially the tooltip damage. A couple concerns are: Total ES since you prob don't use a shield and frenzy charge generation since VP + blood rage is though. I would love to know more. How do you deal with stuns? Assassin is one of the variants I wanted to explore further, particularly a life version but CI is interesting to me as well. " Boss killing can be tough until your gems are leveled and you have added chaos on your jewelry. Until that point, bladefall is probably a better option. Once you do reach that critical mass however, just about all bosses die quickly with frost walls and wither totem. |

The thing is that you get a little bit of extra physical, nearly no spell damage if any at all but you get at least a lot of chaos. It would seem far more efficient to use essence drain at that point as it gets a lot more bonus from the tree.
Also you don't need to swap gems or anything, just press X to swap into the alternative gear. I'd like to be able to say for sure that this essence drain would deal a lot of damage but I can't without actually testing it out first which I won't be doing until the end of this league when the perandus stuff I have goes back to standard since I have a lot of the necessary gear there but want to have my currency broguht there from perandus. " If your gear is still subpar, say a 4L or maybe 5L normal yellow chest, if your gems are not 20/20, you are going to spend a small eternity killing bosses that are alone. Yes I know that eventually weith 20/20 or 21/20 gems and 6L carcass jack and rings with added chaos damage and all the nice expensive stuff you can just use kinetic blast. High level gems though, probably jewelry with added chaos damage and about half the boss health went down to adds exploding around him.
Try doing it on a level 8+ map on a boss that has no adds with him with much worse gear. Nothing adding you chaos damage in your gear (except an added chaos damage gem), no quallity on it and no higher than level 17 gems. I mean, you'll still be able to do it, that's not even in questionm it's just very slow going. "The heavens burned

lool it seems like somebody is forcing u to play this :D i started with lvl 11-12 gems (that lvl sold at vendor) except gmp was 1/20 and i never felt weak . u shouldnt expect to be OP with lvl 17/0q gems but u are still strong enough to progress and finaly reach OPness.
