[2.3]Dela's Obliterate Build CHEAP & FAST clears 200% life UPDATED

I've tried Witch/Elementalist, Scion/Ascendent and Ranger/Pathfinder and the best variant for me is Ranger/Pathfinder. The Kinetic Blast and the Obliteration explosions cause significant lags on my comnputer. The Pathfinder variant has less AOE and is much more robust (Acrobatics, Phase Acrobatics, Grace and Arctic Armor) which reduces the lags and the survivability during a lag.

Apart from this the damage with leveled gems (and additional quality) is really nice. With the following gear:

my Kinetic Blast DPS with Grace and Arctic Armor is about 9600. With four frenzy and three power charges (although using Romira's Banquet for the power charges you have max charges most of the time) the DPS rises up to 13300 and when using the Atziri Flask simultaneously the DPS rises up to 16200 (with Vaal Haste even more, but I use it rarely). Having some Mana leech (=> Spirit Void) and regeneration enables you to spam Kinetic Blast with nearly 3 attacks per second until all mobs are dead. With 100% pierce offscreen killing is no problem (a great advantage of Kinetic Blast compared to Bladefall or Blade Vortex) and in combination with Frost Wall (linked to Spell Echo) the single target damage is more than sufficiant (mana leech helps a lot here again).

Using the Pathfinder variant means heavy use of your flasks. Pathfinder (Master Herbalist, Nature's Adrendaline and Nature's Boon) gives you higher damage (20% inc. poison dmg, 20% inc. attack speed, 15% inc. move speed, hits always posion) and higher defense (5% reduces elemental damage and 30% inc. Chaos resistence). In normal gameplay i'm using all flask simultaneously apart form the life flask. This gives me additional evasion, chaos damage, leech, movement speed, immunity to bleeding, freeze and chill, elemental resistances, 10% chance to doge attacks and spells and phasing. Altogether a really great buff for your character.

The overall survivability is really high, apart from the defense options mentioned above, the ability to kill monsters offscreen the high life leech and life regen, the immunity to reflect (most of the Kinetic Blast damage is pure chaos damage), the flask management, the high kill speed (also due to the high poison damage) really helps lot to survive.

My only problem is lag. Especially when using several frost walls while fighting map bosses. The enormous number of KB explosions freezes my computer. This is the most dangerous situation for my char even more when i forgot to use Vaal Skeletons against some map bosses.

@ruikarikun: It's possible to play with lower or even no increased AOE. Therefore, there are many alternatives, choose the one that fits best to your playstyle. In my case, I prefer my 6-linked Belly over my 5-linked Carcass Jack (leading to less AOE, but more life and more damage).
Hi 2 all! How u leveling Ranger/Pathfinder plz can somebody explan this moment? Sorry 4 my bad english

Really like AngryAA's skill tree:

Can still start as either Elementalist or Pathfinder, simplifies a lot of things. Combines Resolute Technique, Pierce Nodes, Acrobatics, all the AoE nodes, and about 200% life. Doesn't have the Vitality Void/Spirit Void cluster, but I think Hungry Abyss could be used to take care of life leech.
***UPDATE*** Added AngryAA's HC Variant and YouTube Video to the main page. Check it and his stream out!

"
Is this build HC viable? Like is there anything you would change? I see a lot of people complaining about being too squishy.

It certainly can be HC viable. Both AA's variant and the pathfinder option have enough defenses to survive.
"
I tried the pathfinder variant and found the damage pretty crumby compared to elementalist

There is certainly a drop-off compared to the Elementalist. That being said, at high end with my gems leveled and good gear, I think I prefer the Pathfinder for now. Both have their pluses and minuses.

What is the alternative for Carcass Jack?

There are tons of alternatives to Carcass Jack. A simple 5l from a regular Evasion armor will work fine. Other options include: Queen of the Forest, Lightning Coil, Belly of the Beast, Hyrri's Ire or even Lioneye Vision (if you can stomach getting the right colors, yikes!)Right now, personally I am loving Queen of the Forest.

@_Deadly_ - I too am really enjoying the pathfinder, I just love the leech nodes in the duelist area. Your post reminds me I need to try Belly of the Beast! Super glad that is working well for you. Cheers.

Hey there RussianArcMage I leveled with Blade Vortex/Bladefall as the pathfinder. I went and got a lot of life (in the shadow direction) and picked up acrobatics early. The damage nodes I picked up along the way were the ones that also had physical damage on them like Fangs of the Viper and Shadow start. As I got higher up in levels and could start equipping the Obliterate wands, I sped'd into more chaos damage in the tree.

How to solve mana problem.

Herald of Ash eats a lot of mana. Even with two auras I see 1,2,3 and not enough mana. Unfortunately I can't link my items because of other region.

But I took standart items like in the first post. Yes I didn't get top rings with chaos dmg, (Erleron only 5lvl now and there is no even good rings with free prefics), but one of them have physical damage. Carcass Jack 5l s&d, and other are nothing special.

If you had to change to blade vortex, what would you change on tree/gear/gems?

hi, i a stupid noobish question. Why poison? if we one hit packs and poison is applyed after the hit but there is noone left :D im running crit version of this build as deadeye and i have 21.6k dps in town (not hideout), in field 33.7k (with poison gem instead of void manipulation its 27.6k) all numbers without any pots, just ice golem and 4 frenzy charges. Done some testings (switching void manipulation with poison) and noticed no difference in kill speed. as for bosses.... its few shots anyway. Can someone explain the secret behind using poison?
@arunasrumsa Could you please link your gear and tree? The poison is helpful if the DPS is too low to get on hit kills I guess.
Is Queen of the Forest + Grace enough to get positive movement speed out of it? How much investment is needed?
