[2.3]Dela's Obliterate Build CHEAP & FAST clears 200% life UPDATED
Oh I'm pretty sure I can reach that. All that I am saying is that in many cases it will be painful to deal with some bosses which is why I sugested that using a bow + drillneck on the secondary can help a lot using essence drain. The single target DPS should go up quite considerably at that point.

keep in mind with builds that are super fast clear speed like this one, its very common to skip bosses almost all together anyway and just chain maps in order to speed XP to level ASAP.

Welp I Just died at lvl 92 in the 2 week flashback PHC playing the pathfinder version of this build (was trying to trade and stood on bearers like an idiot). Just wanted to say thanks for the build was fun. End game, I did up to T14 maps the clear speed on trash mobs was good, bosses took a bit of kiting and frost wall placements to kill but overall wasn't a problem.
Here was my gear: When farming zones like dried lake and Koam's path for coins I switched to a 5l Queen of the forest, Devoto's, and Darkray Vector's for that op op MS. I have played both versions of the build Elementalist/Pathfinder and by far Pathfinder is better imo. Can't go wrong with the free posion gem link :) Last edited by 불건전계정명111#5341 on May 18, 2016, 5:14:31 AM

Will this build work normally after june's update?
I've read in the june's "Balance Changes" next: " What does it mean for this build?)) |
|
" well that statement means nothing i think, this build is not using damage conversion, but gain xx% of phys gained as chaos damage+added chaos gem and scaling through gems an overall chaos nerf could hit the build hard though of course @F_you_see_K really nice character you got there, culling strike as a link seems a bit weird to be honest ^^ |

" They could nerf a lot of this build. I think there will surely be a huge increase of chaos res for monsters. This is the worst nerf possible for this build, coz it will mean that the speed will be greatly reduced (maybe a lot if there aren't new ascendancy useful for this build). Everything is combined. So, for now, its too early to say anything. |

" So if they will do worst. Is there a way to keep this build or at least gear. And what about Pathfinder? Last edited by ruikarikun#7338 on May 20, 2016, 8:27:14 AM

They haven't said anything about buffing the monsters chaos resit and I don't think they will. GGG is merely nerfing chaos conversion so that there won't be as many people doing 100% conversion and completly ignoring the elemental reflect.
I think this is the problem with GGG, they just don't get the message. People don't like reflect so ratehr than attacking the root of the problem they just do that. Anyway Have you guysa considered for the boots Alberon's Warpath? Sure it only 20% movement speed compared to 30% and you won't get resists on it (except for chaos resist). You also don't gain that flat life but since you gain % strenght that will convert to a bit extra life... What this boots do for this build however is add 1-80 chaos damage to attacks which would seem BiS to me. Resists can be otherwise managed by the rings and jewelry, worst case scenario by adding a jewel to the tree with that. "The heavens burned

i think this build will be fine. chaos conversion will be nerfed but i don't think chaos damage will be touched at all. the big problem about chaos damage right now is its availability, and thats only because of conversion.
i imagine that pyre ring, voltaxic, maybe even consuming dark AGAIN, will all be nerfed. i could see consuming dark going from 50% down to 30%. things that already are based in chaos damage are not the issue, and i doubt the %physical to chaos gained will be touched at all on any items. it is still just speculation though...they could definitely nerf chaos damage across the board if they really want to. |

I doubt they will touch chaos damage as a whole. Fact is, chaos damage by itself is not that powerful. Essence drain for example is good for mobs, not great for bosses even though it does the job. Caustic arrow now isn't really great either. So I doubt any nerfs to chaos damage will come anytime soon. They are only nerfing conversion because elemental damage scales much better and then convewrted to chaos makes it very strong.
