2.1.2d Patch Note
" tried this fix, didn't solve anything for me. Windows 7. Do I need to change this value back to 1 again or anything? heh |

" Thanks for your response. But as was said just above, it would be more logical that developers answer here instead of writing in reddit ?? I have no account there and at the moment I have no interest in opening one. The impression that they spend is not read the forum themselves ... Last edited by Zatlan#3065 on Mar 1, 2016, 9:23:14 AM

Ok, after hours trying to solve this problem, I could make it right! PS: *This solution is for Windows 7 ONLY. But the Windows 8 solution might be similar.* Step 1: Uninstall all the older Visual C++ Redistributable from your computer. Also uninstall the 2015 versions (for those who can't make it work) Step 2: Then you have to download the Windows Service Pack 1. Which can be found here:
Spoiler
- Windows Service Pack 1 x64 http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/A/F/0AFB5316-3062-494A-AB78-7FB0D4461357/windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe WARNING: DON'T INSTALL IT YET!! Step 3: After that, fix the Windows Update Service. Press the Windows Button + R on the keyboard, then type "services.msc" Check if the module is 'Eneabled' and 'Started', then restart your computer. Step 4: Now open your Windows Update tool. (You can click Start on the desktop and type "Update" on the search box if you can't find it in the control panel.) Now, check for updates and update your Windows. Maybe the Update Tool will need to update itself first. Let it do that. Then, when its finished, click 'Search for updates' and let it give you a list. Now, you will only install the Important updates. Not the optional ones. Select just the lesser file sized updates and let it finish the proccess. After that, restart your computer once again. Step 5: Now you have to download these updates: • KB2454826 x64 • KB2534366 x64 • KB2533552 x64 Install all the 3 updates. You'll have to restart your computer for every update, so be patient. If the update says "Update already installed in your computer" just skip the step. Step 6: Now finally install the Windows Service Pack 1. It will take a while, but please, be patient. When it finishes, your computer will be restarted and you can install the vc_redistx64 and vc_redistx86 provided by Tom_GGG. All I described here (About the Windows Service Pack 1) can be found on the tutorial below: http://www.pcnexus.net/2014/03/nstall-windows-7-service-pack-sp1-without-failure.html I hope this helps guys! " This one solved my " api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll " error. Downloading the 64bit version for my Win 8.1, and then repairing VC Redist 2015 64. (i guess reinstalling would work as well) Thx a lot. I hope GGG is still working on solution for people who didnt solve it yet. Last edited by Arno92#4533 on Mar 1, 2016, 10:17:07 AM
