It was just an idea, and I plan to actually test it out. I asked you about it since you have so much experience with SRS, but you are acting like anything that differs from your build is not even worth considering. Makes no sense why you would be so hostile to a simple question.
Now you are making asumptions, the shield might work, the guy upstairs did shaper and uber atziri, would still love to see video of how they do in action, not only boss fight but also some insane 6sextant double beyond of the call kinda shit.. you are leaving urself open with no defense´s except a rumi flask, and do you really wanna sacrifice flesh/spirit offering for having bone offering up all the time, you will die often in general mapping, in most cases u will be able to dodge, but that is not sustainable for leveling in the high numbers..
and you cant even use the spec as a budget starter build, breach will be very limited in the future, and as u see he is fully spec´d with +1 corr armor etc, so he invest alot for a having a sketcy boss killer, where as i like to have an overall allaround good build. and yes, in the end all my builds get insanely min max´d, but i am doing all the content way before i get 50+ ex piece´s of gear.. and people who follow this guide know this, as i progressivly update my build guide´s troughout leagues.
So as you see, this is not a matter of not liking other spec´s then mine, this is about knowing that this wont work in any sustainable way.. nice idea, just not good enough.
Tbh, with the change to poison/double dipping the chayula weapon doesn't provide much more than a self crafted weapon with Essence of Fear. This brings the cost down by a lot. The reason I was even looking at the shield is because everywhere I look people say SRS accuracy is very low.

You should test it, i play so much srs, i never see em miss, if i put one srs out, it will hit the monster in every animation. unless they are in a smoke cloud(blind´d).
and his +1 6link easy accesable? we are not talking a budget boss killer, and with the poison changes etc, my Baron build wont rly get affected, and if the poison gem without anything to buff poison envy/added chaos etc, i just use ele focus/melee phys on full life/ or even added fire, and i will still be able to do everything i did before.
but w.e dont rly wanna waste more time on this subject, if u feel like it, try it out. i have made up my mind about that idea :) goodluck bro

What is strange, that i dont find it impressing, that you post in my thread, with a lesser build, with same cost, as mine..
you go ahead, play your scetchy srs build, i will keep playing my real min/max´d builds, wich has EVERYTHING, Hitpoint pool, damage, and the defense´s to go braindead ballsdeep ham in any content.!

i have shown troughout time that my spec can do all content :) even with my older and lesser spec´s.
i made that helmet my self, so basically free doing my endgame challenge´s. and yes i want alot for it, why ? cuz it is pretty damn rare. but basically a 10c helmet with selffarmed enchant.
staff selfcrafted = 8 ex
Kaom = 1-2 ex in the start
gloves = bought for 0-1 ex (maybe i slammed em)
Same with boots.
rings = self crafted. or bought for less than 2 ex
amulet i picked up for the amazing price of 1 ex
jewels is by far the most expensive part, when we look at what i have spend and what i spend on what. and headhunter is cuz i can, cuz i know how to make currency.
so basically, your build, is harder to optain, and more expensive than mine.

I am honest with you right now, i have not even given 3.0 a thougt, i am still having fun in legacy. i will be waiting 1 week more, for the next beta wipe, then i will try out the beta + changes.
But MoM on Bloodmagic build with 74 free mana, doesnt really sound viable. but i guess there is ways you can make a spec around it.
