where can i find an accurate list ?

I have a question concerning the "5 rares of same item type" recipe.
How is the Itemlevel of the newly generated Item determined?

Probably by the lowest of all the items, at least that's how it worked for the magic rings I tried it with. Which pretty much makes the recipe worthless. Should be changed to the highest iLvl among the items used.

The list is accurate, you just aren't comprehending it correctly. All items need to be the same type, ie. all thicket bows.

But i have a problem with crafting chaoses.
I have hundrets of rares to crafting chaoses but the problem is that i only have found two belts in the last 100h playtime.

So it seems that i collect all these rares for free, because the drop rate of belts is to low.

Can anyone affirm this?

In my experience, it's all in the Amulets.

I can't seem to get the 7 Iron Rings + Amulet to work. (It's rare). Has it been disabled ?
