Awesome! Glad to see the build works well in Anarchy. How do you feel the damage stacks up versus other builds you see?

"Asides from a level 94 Wander that had gear that I felt was mirror worthy and a similarly geared level 96 Discharger, I felt like I was out-DPSing or atleast on par with everyone else. To quickly explain the build to people, I usually just tell them its very similar to how a burning discharger looks. For the first two months of the league I pretty much exclusively ran IIR in groups before I later switched to purely running DPS. (I got lucky and bought an andy for 1 ex and chanced another one, so I was one of the first people to be in endgame content with 2x andvarius, but once a lot of sporkers got to the endgame they generally had similar IIR asides from Wondertrap which put them way ahead.)I later switched to pure DPS exclusively because it does make the build a LOT more fragile in solo play. Here's my IIR gear if you were interested in seeing it.

What am I doing wrong with this build? It seems like I do no damage and my hp is dropping super quickly due to BM. I'm HC 2k+ HP

You need to try and get a lot more hp on gear. Also, you should be using Quill Rain, not Silverbranch.

What hp should i be targeting?

As a rule I shoot for 1k before cruel, 2k before merciless, and 3.5-4k before mapping. Its a good baseline for any character really, but especially for BM users

I have 2.2k so I should have enough. Perhaps I'm using the skill incorrectly? Am I just suppose to spam the skill on the front enemy?

Damn this build needs a video to answer silly questions.... but that might attract too much attention.... I like the low market share, EA should be kept a secret :)
