Explosive Arrow Marauder (Updated for Release)

Is the guide on exile pro up to date? I know a lot of them are way outdated

Does anyone have a hand me down 4 link (Red,Green,Blue,Blue) on hardcore? I'm willing to pay I just don't want to spam trade chat all day. I'm also interested in a bow as well. Level 40 and below though. Thanks!

Is this build viable for the current patch? I'm returning on to PoE on my Marauder with the full reset so I'm looking for a good build. I used to play with The Shocker build.

My build on exile pro is basically up to date. The only potential change is replacing concentrated effect with increased fire burning damage.

So just to bring up the discuss of +3 bow vs Quill Rain, it seems like Quill Rain is on par with anything lower than +3 bow gem and 25% attack speed on a Thicket. Does that sound about right? (Which doesnt exist accord to the indexers. Only 2 bows with +3, and none of them have a remotely fast attack speed.)

So while i was leveling this marauder to 30's right now i figured to check out my other marauder who was a sweet/cleave melee...Tho as i look at his passive tree...for the most part it was similar to what he needed...now is it worth trying to make my lvl 61 marauder into a EA (explosive arrow) ow just keep leveling my 30 marauder...I tryed switching gear over that was needed....The dps was bad...Tho i believe partly to the gems not being a high enough level.

Passive Tree

If your Explosive Arrow gem is underleveled, your dps will be terrible. It functions like a spell (rather than an attack) as it levels... So being at level with it is of utmost importance.
