The Guide to Loot Filters
Hello, iv been having an issue where the option for the loot filter does not even show up in the UI.
I have downloaded ZiggyD's direct link and put it in the correct path of exile folder, and saved as a .filter file, but nothing still seems to work. I have a screenshot of the file and properties opened, im not sure what elce to do at this point. http://puu.sh/iVgcS/8e45560d80.png (screenshot of folder with the file and properties) |

" Wrong folder. It's poe install folder. You have to put this file in Documents/My Games/Path of Exile/. For example my path is: "C:\Users\squerty\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile" |

Wow, thank you very much. Im glad this finally works now CHEERS!

Hi guys.
Still having the same issue ive heard others have had aswell with my filters. Loading perfectly fine according to the message i got after hitting "reload"/selecting a filter from my list. However the filter does exactly nothing in the actual game somehow. I did NOT place the files in my main folder but the docu.../my games/... folder next to the production_config.ini, however i wasnt able to find a awakeningbeta_config anywhere on my HDD looking manually aswell as running a search with windows. I would assume that i am simply still missing the last little detail on my side here, but after messing with ths problem for nearly 3h straight by now, im a bit lost. |

" awakeningbeta_config is same file that production_config.ini. First one was used in beta, second one is for current official production game. Don't concern yourself about this. It's (probably) just screen from beta version. If you got loot filter under UI options that means all files are in right places. You are using premade filter or your own? Is there any full list of commands what could it do?
And for example : Can i change colour for one letter ==> Exalted Orb and the "E" is yellow and all others letters are blue. |

" Whole wording only. All the command strings are listed in the first post. SetTextColor (RGBA 000 000 000 000 to 255 255 255 255) SetFontSize (18-45 (32 is normal)) SetBorderColor (RGBA 000 000 000 000 to 255 255 255 255) SetBackgroundColor (RGBA 000 000 000 000 to 255 255 255 255) PlayAlertSound (1-9 (with optional volume of 1-100 that scales with your sound effects slider in options)) Beta Member Since 0.9.0 | Current Character : ExExCorpse
