39 different new basetypes...very cool, i dindnt think it would be that many. Especially the "katana" looking basetypes got me.

It seems more appropriate to give the snake mace implicit added chaos damage. Implicit speed seems to be somewhat bogus as it could just be a specced with that higher attack speed. All it does is detriment potential vaal orb use as is.
Also i think the implicits should be straight up more powerful across the board while at maximum. Nearly to the point of that of an affix. Giving them a large range of possible values will bring use to the neglected blessed orbs. Also, i would suggest upgrades for quivers while you are at it. For years i searched for deep truths. A thousand revelations. At the very edge...the ability to think itself dissolves away.Thinking in human language is the problem. Any separation from 'the whole truth' is incomplete.My incomplete concepts may add to your 'whole truth', accept it or think about it
