Desync is a PoE feature, desync is why PoE is the greatest game ever.

I had some hope when Chris said there will be synchronization improvements bundled with 1.4... I guess Chris just humored us again.

At the sametime it's extremely funny that even GGG knows how bad desync is in this fucking game they are programming new skills around it with desync in mind.

I guess now we can't fault GGG for telling players to play around desyncs... they can now throw it right back at us and telling us "lel, we god almighty GGG program our shit around desyncs and you guys QQing about spamming /oos script?" "lel get rekt son" "suck it up or gtfo".

But then again I have a dream that one day I can play my crit dagger flicker and have it "working as intended" hoping for 1.5...

At very least now we can all play vigilant strike and we don't have to take RT as one of the countermeasures of the glorious PoE desyncs everytime we want to play some kind of melee.
The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.

Oooh! My Static Strike Scion just drooled a bit. I'm using her as a one-hit smasher with increased AOE from skill tree and Carcass Jack.

I already love this new skill and the survivability buff because I'm struggling in 74+ maps a bit. I can imagine this skill with melee splash support with my already available buffs to AOE radius and damage to be quite effective area clearer as well.

I'm not sure charge on melee stun would be usable against bosses thought. Can you reliably stun map bosses? I think that would be way too OP.

Time to finally 5L my Caracas Jack, starting to level up melee splash gem and Act4 (and the new skill) to arrive.

My lf mjolner cocer will be like... well let's just say I hope there will be something a LOT harder than uber since now I am pretty sure I can kill her without having to take a step with fortify up.

but I think "cannot be evaded" is too powerful, especially with the high damage and if you can bypass the cooldown. if only players can use it against monsters and not against other players (in pvp) its probably okay, unless you decide to put it on monsters because then evasion characters are screwed.

how about instead if the skill can be evaded but you would get the fortify buff even if the attack is evaded/blocked/dodged. but you should not be able to just shift click into the air when there are no enemies around and get the buff.
"Can't be evaded" great. What next? Chaos penetration? Don't forget to set "pvp-only character" to "kaom-only"

More my choices:

4L Vengeance + Reckoning + melee physical + life leech

3L Cast on damage taken + Blood Rage + Warlord Mark + curses

3-4L Eduring Cry + spell echo + Enduring Cry + Enduring Cry (fast full charge way)
2L Immortal Call + increase duration

Question:
Will this skill monopolize tank and melee builds?
