perfect amu for hp melee, since you are 95 % of the time full hp.

If that amulet had like 40% MORE melee dmg on full life I think it would be worth it but not in this state (increased), then have it have 50% LESS ES.
Then the downside would be that 1) you aren't allowed to use Blood Magic on your attack (as that would remove the full life status), 2) it would require a huge mana pool or crazy regen or mana leech to sustain your attacks and even more if you want to get max aurae possible with that setup, and 3) it wouldn't make taking ES have only a little penalty (increased can easily be equalized, less not).

If it would have been like this, the amulet would be a less defense - more offense item basically which there should be more of in the game for melee.

Well, it could work with aegis aurora, but until the dmg is increased, it's shitty.

The other four are league-specific

The leagues in question not opening up for another day or so.

I can't tell what build would benefit from Voll's Devotion. It seems to be aimed at Discharge builds, but endurances are the easiest charges to generate. If it was the other way around (gain powers from expending endurances) it would almost double the build's power.

Discharge builds with Voll's and that amulet can basically perma-Discharge in mob groups if they get high crit chance.

That remains to be seen, all of them where supposed to drop only in the new leagues but allready 2 have been found.
