you only get endurance charges when your power charges expire, so for non-discharge builds that's frequently going to be after the fight is over anyway. for discharge, you can use discharge again with the endurance charges. either way, it does have 30% reduced duration which is pretty significant. it's not like they're going to have full endurance charges all the time.

Between these and the fact that >66 unique maps can drop outside of maps, looks like the unique-drop formula needs to be looked at.

I mean, they'll probably leave them in since the cat is out of the bag, but the formula will need to be adjusted so this doesn't happen for future uniques added.

Regarding that unique, looks pretty great. "On Full Life" affixes make it interesting for CI melee, but 40ipd/10mspd probably isn't worth -50%es.

The +2 range is best suited for Cyclone, and there are a lot of Cyclone characters that would love another ~20% base AoE. The on full life affixes are just gravy for them.

I believe the game determines item quality before it determines the item type. If it determines that the item will be unique, it will then make sure to choose an item type that has a unique version. I'm guessing they made sure to remove the new rings and amulets from the normal drop tables, but unique item type selection was overlooked because it is done differently.

Unique drop formula is fine.

this amulet is great for aegis aura builds as the ES is a buffer

and +2 melee range is great for sweep, splash, and other skills.
