A unique from a base item that is excluded from a league by rule, should clearly also be unable to happen there - same like with onxy amulets in the new leagues.

barely a waste of time to use enduring cry... endu charges are the easiest to gain, the amulet is pretty crappy

They did specifically say that unique onyx and prismatic ammys couldn't drop in anarchy/onlaught, would make sense that these shouldn't be able to drop in standard/hardcore either.

Maybe it could be usefully with Shavronnes... THough, yeah, i guess if you want melee damage on full life you usually think about CI. Seems like a glass cannon unique, might be interesting in standard leagues, but i guess it won't be used in HC leagues...

The melee range is definitely useful for Cyclone builds, though arguably not as useful as a more powerful amulet (something with flat added damage, life, better resists, leech, and so on).

I wish I knew how much the base weapon ranges are now after the change.
+2 from the Duelist passive, +2 from this would be double the base aoe for a range 4 one-hander.

I know the differrence, but it is neveertheless a huge losss of ES ;)
