Now throw the 87% spell damage boost from RF, the 100% from Redbeak and the 30% from pain atunement at EK and you have +207% damage for EK or all spells.
Use EK or Bear Trap for some aoe or single target physical damage and you are golden.
Has anyone tried out Shockwave Totem or Detonate dead with a build like this? I want to think those work, but maybe they don't really deal out enough to be worth it.
Why am I wearing a heavy belt if I haven't got any pants?
You're not going to get 13k life on such a build, even with Kaom's Heart. Using uniques = not having perfect life mods = not having perfect life pool. At best, with every life/STR passive available to a ~level 80 Marauder, you could probably hope for somewhere between 6-8k, and I really think that's pushing it.
EDIT: The modifiers in your post also don't work together in the way you've described. RF/PA are multiplicative (indicated by the word "more," not additive. Increased/Decreased are additive with each other. Your final damage multiplier would be 4.862, if I've done my math correctly.
Youtube max life builds. I believe i've seen around 17k tops.
and even beter... 4.8x more damage is even more than what I had.

Oh yea, you can definitely stack that much life. Just not with the items you described. By using all of these "regen on low life uniques" you're giving up flat life on gear. That's a HUGE deal if you're trying to stack massive amounts of life. Go try it, tell me how it ends up.

GGG has forgotten where they came from. As a result, I no longer support the deceitful, corporate Tencent slave sellouts running this game.

Yeah, i found the post where the life was added up. That was with 99+ life on each item so damn. You could still effectively beef up damage of other skills at practically zero cost health wise.
Let us thank our SC brethren with their 300 Item Rarity builds.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but..
If IIR works as it says, someone with 300 IIR has like a 400% multiplier instead of the base 100%. So them killing a monster has the same chance to give a unique as 4 x 0 IIR people killing separate monsters.
Remembering that your 0 IIR person is probably actually carrying a bit just from mods that happen to appear on gear, we are probably closer to a 3 x normal person multiplier.
Even if we add in IIQ, even if an MFer was to equal 10 regular players, or 20 even, they really are a drop in the ocean compared to the mass population just basically killing stuff.
I'd say your order of probability to find a new unique after a patch is more like..
Random '~0MF' Joe just killing stuff.
Force chancer.
MFer.
Casually casual.
