Well, PA+RF build just got even stronger. Whoever has that Phoenix shield and shavronnes's will faceroll.

" Don't bosses have quite a harsh diminish on rarity for repetitive kills? Also, as bosses have their own IIR modifier, your own IIR (but not IIQ?) modifier carries less weight on them than killing lower IIR modified monsters and by the masses, quicker to boot. shield is nice but not that OP like some people say. Shavrone + Shield makes no sense, you use Shavrone for low life RF Build but with this shield you cant use RF while on low life.
This Shield is for RF Build that does not use low life. But Carcass is awesome, very strong with AoE Skills. IGN: kReiZy
