Nice boots! Interestingly enough, I had been making a few tweaks to my RF/PA templar over the past few days.
He's currently using Tempest Shield with a high block chance of 63%, planning on getting more. Those boots may be pretty useful in providing me with bonus spell block chance!
Did you orgasm when you saw it?
I wouldn't say I orgasmed, coz I have pretty nice boots atm!
but I did have a thrill of excitement run through me :)
those boots + the templar spell block chance = 36% block chance applied to spells. tempted to give up 400 ES from my shield and use rathpith globe as well to have ~91% block chance applied to spells... that plus a little more respeccing of points would put me at ~66% block chance vs attacks and 60% block chance vs spells.

that would be OP as hell, make a video of blocking vaal slam after you get high spell block!

Pretty sure no...Other spells have been classified as "movement" now, such as cyclone, leap slam, lightning warp, shield charge, etc.

I'm contemplating the possibilities of pairing insane block chance with all the bonuses to evasion you get from the Nullification nodes would theoretically let you block fast enough to trigger ES recovery all the time.
