" I wouldn't say I orgasmed, coz I have pretty nice boots atm! but I did have a thrill of excitement run through me :) those boots + the templar spell block chance = 36% block chance applied to spells. tempted to give up 400 ES from my shield and use rathpith globe as well to have ~91% block chance applied to spells... that plus a little more respeccing of points would put me at ~66% block chance vs attacks and 60% block chance vs spells. ahh!
